Chronic Colitis Facts

The symptoms that you might have colitis are abdominal pain, blood in the stool, a constant urge to defecate, diarrhea, fever, and chills. Colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease that affects the inner parts of the large intestine and the rectum. Colitis starts at the lower intestine.
